producing under well-known brands like Golden Moon, Golden House, and Golden Carpets. With a massive production capacity of 50 tons per day and a workforce of over 1,250 employees, they are a dominant force in the local market and a significant exporter to over 16 countries worldwide.

Project Scope & Execution: Located in the industrial hub of 10th of Ramadan City, Egypt, this massive facility was a major undertaking executed in 2017. Roots Steel International was awarded the contract for the design, fabrication, and execution of the steel structure.

Roots Steel International’s Contribution: A textile giant like House Cover Industries requires an immense, clear-span environment to house its extensive weaving, printing, and finishing lines. Roots Steel International delivered a colossal 903-ton steel structure designed to maximize floor space and operational flow. We focused on creating a robust industrial shell capable of supporting their heavy machinery and 24/7 production cycles. By delivering this large-scale project with high precision, we provided the structural backbone House Cover needed to expand their production lines and maintain their status as a market leader in the textile industry.
