Project Scope & Execution: Located in the industrial zone of Sadat City, Egypt, this project was a key component of N. FERT’s industrial expansion, executed in 2018. Roots Steel International was selected to deliver the design, fabrication, and execution of the specialized steel structures required for their chemical processing facilities.

Roots Steel International’s Contribution: Chemical and fertilizer plants operate under unique conditions involving corrosive materials and complex piping networks. Roots Steel International delivered 200 tons of industrial-grade steel structure designed to withstand these demanding environments. Our team focused on providing a rigid, durable framework capable of supporting heavy processing equipment and extensive piping systems. By adhering to strict safety and quality standards, we helped N. FERT construct a facility that ensures safe, continuous production, enabling them to maintain their high export standards and support the agricultural supply chain efficiently.
