Client Overview: Focus for Management & Development is a premier contracting company and a proud member of the CPC Group, the construction arm of the renowned Saudi Bin Ladin Group (SBG). With a legacy tracing back to 1931 under the late Salem Mohammed Binladen, SBG has evolved from a local Saudi entity into a global powerhouse with diverse ambitions. Established in 2009, Focus carries this heritage forward, striving to set new benchmarks for success within the Egyptian construction industry.

Project Scope & Execution: Located in the industrial hub of 6th of October City, Egypt, this project represents a significant infrastructure investment executed in 2012. Roots Steel International was entrusted with the full cycle of design, fabrication, and execution for this facility.

Roots Steel International’s Contribution: We successfully delivered 180 tons of high quality steel structures to support Focus’s expansion goals.
